3. Returns of non‑faulty goods

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return goods (that are eligible) as follows:

The goods must be unused, in original condition, with original packaging and labels intact, and be fully resalable.

You must return the goods at your cost, using a trackable service — we cannot be responsible for goods lost in transit.

4. Returns of faulty goods or wrong items

If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, mis‑described or you received the wrong item:
